IT Consultant – (MSP)

The IT Consultant – (MSP) should have experience with those Cloud environments on both administration and infrastructure engineering
As a IT Consultant – (MSP) you should hold experience in management and understanding of Active Directory Environments and Group Policies. We are looking for an IT Consultant – (MSP) that has at least 3 years of experience working in an MSP or internal networking and user support for an organization.
IT Consultant – (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support to diagnose and resolve user-reported issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client networks
- Updating configuration records using ConnectWise
- The ability to provide technical support & user issues
IT Consultant – (MSP) Requirements:
- 3+ years of MSP Experience is REQUIRED
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with VMware, Azure and AWS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Networking – Sonicwall, Ubiquiti UniFi, VLAN knowledge and SD-WAN knowledge
- Cloud Services – AWS, Office 365, Azure, Software with RMM deployment, Intune and/or group policy
