The IT Engineer L2 – Cloud and Managed Services will grow into a Engineer Level 3 within 1 year.

IT Engineer L2 – Cloud and Managed Services Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting projects and working with new cloud technologies
  • MS Hyper-V/VMware or Azure administration
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
  • Support and administration of MS Windows Server solutions (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, etc.)

IT Engineer L2 – Cloud and Managed Services Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of MSP experience (Not a flexible requirement – required)
  • Experience network infrastructure
  • RMM tools
  • Experience with 0365 Migrations

IT Engineer L2 – Cloud and Managed Services Benefits:

  • Salary: $68,000 – $80,000
