IT Field Engineer – Junior Technician Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience working with VMware and Microsoft Systems is strongly preferred for this position. Knowledge of other systems and procedures such as networking and experience with switches/firewalls/routers is a plus. A qualified IT Field Engineer – Junior Technician candidate should also have a desire to receive certifications, on the job training and quick career advancement. The IT Field Engineer – Junior Technician will meet with end client on-site to support their desktops, servers and network components – this job will be hands on and great on the job training.

As the IT Field Engineer – Junior Technician, the ideal candidate will provide quality systems and network support to the customers’ systems as efficiently as possible. The Field Engineer will also use acquired technical writing skills to keep accurate documentation of developments and modifications.
