We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join the growing System Engineer Team that focuses on supporting external small and mid-size clients. This team works in the Field and out of the Washington, D.C. HQ’d office. The System Engineering Team is responsible for new system setups and consulting with clients on solutions and services.

The ideal IT Systems Engineer – has the following background:
- Knowledge Windows environments, desktops and 365/O365 (migration experience is a huge plus)
- Administration of Group Policy and Active Directory (Windows Server) 2012/2016
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 servers and/or desktops – enduser support
- Assesses existing systems and recommends technical/service improvements.
- Recommends, establishes business case, and assists IT Director and others
- Assist in maintaining business continuity planning for infrastructure.
