IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP)
We are looking for a passionate IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) with exceptional skills in deploying Windows Servers, managing VMware or Hyper-V and using ConnectWise. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance to our clients, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, setting up complex environments, and implementing new solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our clients
- M365 troubleshooting, administration, and migration support
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, handle escalated tickets, set up complex environments
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Install advanced endpoint security software.
- Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP
- Configuring and deploying Firewalls
IT Field Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Professional MSP (Managed Service Provider) Industry Experience
- M365 Support experience
- Experience with Windows Server deployment or configuration
- Experience with Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
- Hands on experience with RMM tools – ConnectWise/Datto/Autotask
- Experience with Firewalls
