IT Field Engineer Tier II- MSP
We are an established Managed Service Provider focused on quality service, collaboration, and innovation. We have a great team of engineers who work together to deliver tailored solutions to our growing client base in the Chicago area. Our solutions include MSP, Professional Services, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing.
Due to business growth, we are looking to add an experienced, eager and talented IT Field Engineer Tier II to the team. In this role, you’ll be the on-site problem-solver, managing various client networks and ensuring smooth operations.
IT Field Engineer Tier II- MSP Requirements:
- 2+ years Managed Service Provider Experience Required***
- 2+ years experience with ConnectWise & O365
- Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate experience with Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V or VMware
- Proficient in networking technologies like Ethernet, TCP/IP, and firewalls
