Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support to end users at client sites across the New York City metropolitan area.
- Deliver blended helpdesk support via phone and remote connection.
- Assist with the execution of various technology projects.
- Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation schedule.
- Prepare and maintain detailed client documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in managed service provider (MSP) roles, with at least 1 year of experience supporting users across multiple locations (both remote and onsite).
- Proficiency in MS Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra ID
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectations effectively.
- Experience supporting executive-level users and explaining technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and documentation skills.
- ConnectWise Experience a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60K – $68K plus $6,800 in quarterly incentive bonuses
