We’re looking for a IT Support Specialist Tier II to join our talented team and work both onsite and remotely to support our client base. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to support and guide our clients, working with advanced Microsoft systems and consulting the clients on best practices.  IT Support Specialist Tier II (Client Facing) – MSP Technologies/ Requirements:

  • Windows Servers
  • VMware, Hyper-V
  • ConnectWise a major plus
  • Experience with Network Administration
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Exchange and Azure AD
  • Ability to articulate your work to the client in non-technical terms
  • 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**

 IT Support Specialist Tier II (Client Facing) – MSP Benefits:
