IT Help Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Overview:

The IT Help Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware. The IT Help Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) will make heavy use of Autotask, M365, Windows Server, desktops/networking, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SonicWALL, Meraki, and Azure.
The IT Help Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) requires previous experience working for a IT Services company supporting multiple companies simultaneously.
IT Help Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Responsibilities & Experience:
- Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, and logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur
- Supporting Windows Server versions 2012 through 2022
- Knowledge of software/hardware repair and Windows 10, 11
- M365 administration
- Veeam Backup
- VMware/Azure
- Networking, Routers, Switches, Cabling, Network setups and troubleshooting
- ConnectWise, N-Able, Datto RMM or similar tools
