IT Help Desk Technician (ConnectWise) Requirements:
-Prefers NAble, NCentral, ConnectWise experience
-Required: Windows 2012, 2016 and newer
-AD User management, backup/restore and patching
-Azure AD User management, OneDrive and SharePoint user support
-Basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs
-Configure file, print and remote access services
-Basic administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs, configure and restore from backup
-Enterprise E-mail
-Required: Office 365 Suite
-GSuite is a bonus
-Experience with InTune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Scripting is desirable
-Apple Support (desired but not required)
-Required: Windows 7/8/10
-Troubleshooting and configuration
-Configuration of standard Outlook, Teams and collaboration tools
-Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MSOffice Suite
applications per customer’s preferences
-Solid understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware
including video cards, NICs, hard drives, and ActiveSync enabled devices. Both in
person and remotely
-Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
-Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
-Understanding of DNS services
