IT Help Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH):

At this time, we are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) who can handle escalated issues and support the Projects Division. The IT Help Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) will be responsible for providing support on Windows servers, computers, and firewalls with at least 1 year of previous MSP experience. This person has a keen eye for details and is experienced in managing Windows Servers including Active Directory, DNS, Server Applications, User Accounts, Group Policies, and Security. Experience with the configuration of firewalls, and resolving desktop problems for users including email, printing, scanning, and other office-related software issues. This person will become the technical advisor to our customers and provide them with technical support as well as high-level advice on technology solutions.

IT Help Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, including those related to Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware platforms.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, printers, and networking equipment, with expertise in Microsoft-related technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters.
  • Offer technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix, enabling secure and efficient remote connectivity for users.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar MSP tools highly preferred.
  • Previous MSP experience required.
