The IT Help Desk Technician L1 (MSP) will take front line issues from clients. The IT Help Desk Technician L1 (MSP) will primarily work out of our office but will be expected to go onsite roughly 10% of the time. Key technologies the IT Help Desk Technician L1 (MSP) should be familiar with are Active Directory, M365, general network equipment (routers, switches, WAPs, etc), Windows Server, and any Azure experience is a plus.

The IT Help Desk Technician L1 (MSP) should have a passion for IT and eager to be a “sponge” as we help you grow your IT career.

IT Help Desk Technician L1 (MSP) Technical Knowledge:

The IT Support Specialist is typically responsible for the smooth running of the client’s computer and technology systems while ensuring users receive the maximum benefits from them
Interest in problem solving and learning new skills
Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, and logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur
Knowledge of software/hardware repair and Windows 10
VMware
Azure/Microsoft 365
Networking, Routers, Switches, Cabling, Network setups and troubleshooting
Datto RMM or similar
Autotask experience or similar
