IT Help Desk Technician L2 & Jr System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Manage users in hosted services (ie: Office 365)
- Add and modify users in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server
- Managing servers and network equipment
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMB, and other common protocols
- Configure wireless access points and troubleshoot wireless connectivity
- Know how to install routers, switches, and access points at customer location
- Know how to troubleshoot internet issues such as packet loss, DNS issues, service outages, and how to communicate with internet vendors to help resolve
- Configure Microsoft Remote Desktop/Terminal Services and manage active sessions and users on a server
- Troubleshoot file permissions issues
- Support clients using Azure Active Directory and Intune
