We are hiring a Level 1/1.5 IT Support Technician with previous MSP experience who is comfortable handling Microsoft support issues and has a foundational understanding of networking. If you enjoy problem-solving, learning, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Manage users and permissions in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory
  • Support basic networking tasks: connectivity issues, DNS, DHCP, and IP conflicts
  • Assist with Windows Server environments and Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Monitor alerts using RMM tools and document work clearly in PSA/ticketing systems
  • Support client onboarding, device deployments, patching, and basic security tool setup

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience in an MSP or multi-client environment (required)
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with networking concepts: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, basic switching
  • Experience using remote support tools and ticketing/RMM platforms
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900)
  • Experience with Intune, Azure, or VPN/firewall support
  • Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, etc.)
