Due to increasing revenue, we are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to join our team. The IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) role is pivotal in providing high-quality technical support and guidance to our clients. This position involves being the primary point of contact for user assistance through various communication channels. IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) responsibilities include efficiently evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues, along with maintaining meticulous ticket records. The IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) will excel in independently addressing service tickets with technical expertise and will offer flexible support to ensure client satisfaction.
Previous MSP or CSP experience is REQUIRED for this role.
IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Technical Proficiencies & Responsibilities:
- Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise that has been established through the dispatch process.
Remote and on site IT support relating to technical issues of clients involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Hyper V, Microsoft, and VMware.
Remote and on site IT support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure Services, etc. - Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and VMWare.
