We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) with previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider. As a IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) you will take escalated tickets from Level 1’s and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects. the IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) will provide support for Microsoft Windows servers (AD, DNS, GPO), Azure, desktops/printers, and varying hardware platforms, including Dell and HP.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity paying $70,000 – $80,000 dependent on experience.
IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Proficiencies:
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Knowledge and experience with M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
- Advanced understanding of hardware, software and networking systems including Routing, Switching, and Networking Protocols
- Troubleshooting IT peripherals (monitors, printers, cameras, and anything else that plugs into either the wall or the computer)
- Certifications are a major plus. CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), AZ-900, AZ-104, or MS-900
