IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP)

We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) with previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider. As a IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) you will take escalated tickets from Level 1’s and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects. the IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) will provide support for Microsoft Windows servers (AD, DNS, GPO), Azure, desktops/printers, and varying hardware platforms, including Dell and HP.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity paying $70,000 – $80,000 dependent on experience.

IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Proficiencies:

Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Knowledge and experience with M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
Advanced understanding of hardware, software and networking systems including Routing, Switching, and Networking Protocols
Troubleshooting IT peripherals (monitors, printers, cameras, and anything else that plugs into either the wall or the computer)
Certifications are a major plus. CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), AZ-900, AZ-104, or MS-900
