We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) with previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider. As a IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) you will take escalated tickets from Level 1’s and work alongside Senior Engineers on projects. the IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) will provide support for Microsoft Windows servers (AD, DNS, GPO), Azure, desktops/printers, and varying hardware platforms, including Dell and HP.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity paying $65,000 – $75,000 dependent on experience.

IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Proficiencies:

  • Knowledge/ Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge/ Experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge/ Experience with DNS
  • Knowledge/ Experience with DHCP
  • ConnectWise Experience preferable (Not required)
  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
