IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Proficiencies:
- Knowledge/ Experience with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge/ Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge/ Experience with DNS
- Knowledge/ Experience with DHCP
- ConnectWise Experience preferable (Not required)
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
