IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) Overview:

We are growing and need an IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) to join our team. The IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) will address and resolve client’s IT requests from our office and onsite as needed. The IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) should be well versed with Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, basic networking, and Azure Entra ID.
Previous MSP experience required for the IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services)
IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with Windows desktop operating systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Mac OS and iOS is preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows server operating systems are a big plus
- Familiarity with RMM tools is a plus, but not required
- Reliable personal transportation for use in traveling to clients’ offices is essential
