IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure):

We are continuing our steady growth and are seeking a IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) to resolve level 1 tickets. The IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) will be resolving technical issues, assisting in upgrading client’s IT infrastructure from on-prem solutions to cloud solutions, providing application support, and troubleshooting networking infrastructure (switches/firewalls/routers).

IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Experience with desktop operating systems.
  • Email Administration, configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Virtualization Administration (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Experience with M365 and ConnectWise.
  • Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience of Backup Solutions.
  • Assist with management of Azure environments.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN.
  • Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve.
