IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Experience with desktop operating systems.
- Email Administration, configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user issues.
- Virtualization Administration (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Experience with M365 and ConnectWise.
- Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience of Backup Solutions.
- Assist with management of Azure environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN.
- Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve.
