We are continuing our steady growth and are seeking a IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) to resolve level 1 tickets. The IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) will be resolving technical issues, assisting in upgrading client’s IT infrastructure from on-prem solutions to cloud solutions, providing application support, and troubleshooting networking infrastructure (switches/firewalls/routers).

IT Help Desk Technician (Windows/Azure) Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience with desktop operating systems.
Email Administration, configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user issues.
Virtualization Administration (VMware or Hyper-V).
Experience with M365 and ConnectWise.
Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience of Backup Solutions.
Assist with management of Azure environments.
Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN.
Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve.
