As a IT Helpdesk Specialist Tier 2 – Managed Services, you’ll be a crucial problem-solving asset within our team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing escalated technical support, engaging with non-technical leadership, and collaborating on significant projects alongside our Senior Engineers. You’ll have a chance to showcase your expertise in M365, Windows servers, Azure, and SharePoint.
