IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP

We are currently seeking a IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP to join our Managed Services Team. The IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider who has proven to be one of the most exciting Cloud Companies in the country.

Due to growth, we are seeking a IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP to join our relaxed and collaborative work environment. The IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP will be taking tickets on the service desk and will be exposed to project work, working along side senior engineers to ramp up your technical skill set.

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support using ConnectWise
  • Assist senior engineers with some project based work
  • Support technologies including but limited to O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows Servers
  • Troubleshoot end user issues, provide desktop support
  • Server administration and basic network troubleshooting

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience using ConnectWise
  • 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory or Azure Entra ID experience required
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V preferred

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Benefits:
