We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 professional. This role is ideal for someone who has excelled in handling Tier 1 tickets and is eager to advance to Tier 2 responsibilities. As a Tier 1.5 Helpdesk Support specialist, you will have the chance to work closely with senior engineers, enhance your skills, and grow within our company.

IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 – MSP Required Experience:

  • 1+ years experience with Windows Servers, O365, and Azure
  • MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
  • 1+ years experience administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies.
  • Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • 1+ years experience with ConnectWise preferred
