IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 (Partial Remote) -MSP

We are currently seeking a IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 (Partial Remote) -MSP to join our Managed Services Team. The IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider who has proven to be one of the most exciting Cloud Companies in the country.

The IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 will join our relaxed and collaborative work environment with a team mentality. You will be taking tickets on the service desk and will be exposed to project work, working along side senior engineers to ramp up your technical skill set. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a few years of helpdesk experience working for a MSP and looking to grow into more of a tier 2 position.

IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 (Partial Remote) -MSP Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support using ConnectWise
  • Assist senior engineers with some project based work
  • Support technologies including but limited to O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Servers
  • Troubleshoot end user issues, provide desktop support
  • Server administration and basic network troubleshooting

IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 (Partial Remote) -MSP Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience using ConnectWise
  • 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting M365, Active Directory required
  • Experience working with Azure Entra ID required
  • VMware, Hyper-V preferred

IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 (Partial Remote) -MSP Benefits:
