IT Helpdesk Support Tier II – MSP
Location: Lake Dallas, TX
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II support, troubleshooting escalated technical issues.
  • Configure and install computer systems and Windows servers.
  • Perform M365 and Azure migrations, including Intune and MDM deployments.
  • Support virtualization projects using Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Maintain and upgrade customer networks, servers, and security tools.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on complex IT projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows servers, M365, and Azure deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Familiarity with configuring and maintaining network and server infrastructures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
