What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a Tier II escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Support and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues, system failures, and security concerns.
  • Assist with server deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to advance your technical skill set and career.
  • Utilize ConnectWise or similar PSA tools for ticket management and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience working with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • 1+ years of MSP experience is required—you understand the fast-paced nature of IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other PSA tools is preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
