What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a Tier II escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues, system failures, and security concerns.
- Assist with server deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Work closely with senior engineers to advance your technical skill set and career.
- Utilize ConnectWise or similar PSA tools for ticket management and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of IT support experience working with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- 1+ years of MSP experience is required—you understand the fast-paced nature of IT services.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with ConnectWise or other PSA tools is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
