IT Helpdesk Support Tier II – MSP
The IT Helpdesk Support Tier II will be joining a well established Managed Service Provider who has been delivering IT solutions to the Chicago area for 15 years. We are collaborators who strive to build meaningful relationships and deliver custom IT Solutions to our client base. Our services include Managed Services, Professional Services, Cloud Services and Cyber Security.
Currently, we are seeking a IT Helpdesk Support Tier II to serve as an escalation point on the service desk for our clients. The IT Helpdesk Support Tier II will have the opportunity to work along side senior engineers to develop their skill set and move up internally.
IT Helpdesk Support Tier II (MSP) Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience with Windows Servers, O365, and Azure
- MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- 3+ years experience administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies.
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years experience with ConnectWise preferred
