IT Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement and support servers and other key components in Azure.
  • MS Office 365 administration
  • Implement and support virtualization technologies including Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Implement and support network technologies: WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, and general security
  • Implement and support secure remote access solutions: VDI, terminal services, and VPN
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, & security of clients’ data by adhering to security standards.
  • Must have experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
