IT Helpdesk Technician (ConnectWise)

We are a customer-oriented Managed Service Provider specializing in cloud solutions for our clients. We provide opportunity for junior engineers to learn alongside senior engineers making it a smooth transition to the next tier level.

Currently, we are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The Helpdesk Technician will take tickets through ConnectWise and provide support to our various small and mid size business clients. Many of our clients have moved to the cloud or are in the process of moving to the cloud so this is a great opportunity for an MSP experience Technician to gain more exposure with cloud technologies.

IT Helpdesk Technician (ConnectWise) Job Requirements:

  • Experience providing desktop support
  • Strong background with Windows OS
  • Experience Supporting Windows Servers
  • Experience troubleshooting and administering M365
  • Networking/troubleshooting knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting HyperV
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Azure Entra ID
  • 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required**
  • Certifications a major plus such as CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Azure fundamentals
