IT Helpdesk Technician (Entry Level) – MSP

We currently have an opening for a IT Helpdesk Technician to join our service desk and support our clients using ConnectWise. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be closing level 1 tickets and working with technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Hyper-V, Azure AD, and Windows OS.
There will be ample growth opportunities for the IT Helpdesk Technician. The IT Helpdesk Technician will get exposure to a diverse technology stack and will be eligible for advancement opportunities through regular reviews.
IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) Job Requirements:
- 1+ years Managed Service Provider Experience required*
- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise & O365 preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in aspects of Microsoft administration for the Microsoft Windows operating system including installation, management, and application deployment
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365; exposure to Microsoft Azure AD a plus
