IT System Administrator II Position Overview:

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician (MSP)for a permanent, full time position offering full benefits and guaranteed paths for growth internally.
The IT Helpdesk Technician (MSP) should be a charismatic, self-motivated IT professional who thrives on problem-solving and has a passion for technology. As a IT Helpdesk Technician (MSP) you will answer tickets via ConnectWise with issues related to AD, GPO, M365, Windows Server, VMware, Networks (routers, switches, WAPs, firewalls, etc), and Azure.
Successful IT Helpdesk Technician (MSP) applicants must have a background working for a Managed Services Provider.

- Hardware and Software: PC/Mac, MS Office, QuickBooks, Dell Servers and Workstations (Dell/Lenovo/HP)
