Position Overview:

IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise) Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Microsoft 365 and Exchange clients.
  • Install and troubleshoot MS Office Suite applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
  • Support Windows desktop operating systems and troubleshoot TCP/IP issues.
  • Work with routers, firewalls, and email applications.

IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise)Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with a Managed Service Provider is required.
  • Experience working with ConnectWise is a major plus
  • MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA certification preferred.
