IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Technologies and Requirements:
- Administration and support of Windows Servers versions 2012 through 2022
- Proficient in VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID (Azure VMs preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with basic firewall concepts and configurations, including access control lists (ACLs), NAT (Network Address Translation), and firewall rule management.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/RMM systems.
- 4 year degree preferred
- MSP experience required
