Business is booming! We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) with previous MSP experience. The IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) must have knowledge of Microsoft server, Active Directory (on prem and/or Azure) and Windows client technologies, Entra/Microsoft 365 Administration, VMware or Hyper-V, network and troubleshooting skills.

IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Technologies and Requirements:

  • Administration and support of Windows Servers versions 2012 through 2022
  • Proficient in VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID (Azure VMs preferred)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Familiarity with basic firewall concepts and configurations, including access control lists (ACLs), NAT (Network Address Translation), and firewall rule management.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/RMM systems.
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • MSP experience required
