Currently, we are seeking a highly-skilled Helpdesk Technician with the drive and determination to help support their growing client base. We are looking for a problem-solver. If you have a proven track record of working within a team environment, successfully addressing challenging IT issues, and consistently updating your skills through technical training, this could be the role for you.

IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 (Quick Advancement!)

  •  Configuration of standard Microsoft 365 and Exchange clients
  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MS Office Suite applications per customer’s preferences.
  • Administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs, configure and restore from backup.
  • Administration of enterprise e-mail application, including add/remove users and group, configure folder permissions if applicable, forward mail to other accounts, and add aliases.
  • Experience required with Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity.
  • Experience with routers and firewalls.
  • Experience with Terminal Services & Citrix.
  • Basic understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels, etc.
  • General understanding of DNS services.
  • Basic working knowledge of Firewall Technologies – SonicWALL, Meraki, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required
  • MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA preferred
