IT Junior System Administrator (MSP)

Our current opening is for an IT Junior System Administrator (MSP) with a background working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP). The IT Junior System Administrator (MSP) involves providing L1 and L2 technical support to our client base. The IT Junior System Administrator (MSP) responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. Customer satisfaction, quick response, and resolution time per ticket are primary service levels of the IT Junior System Administrator (MSP).
IT Junior System Administrator (MSP) Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Servers – AD, DNS, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Offerings – Azure, M365, VDI, etc
- Experience supporting Windows Desktop systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with firewalls, managed switches, VPNs, VLANs, etc
- Experience supporting Anti-virus and Anti Malware (Sophos a plus)
- Experience using a PSA tool, ConnectWise Manage preferred but similar tools acceptable (Autotask, Kaseya BMS)
- Experience using an RMM tool, ConnectWise Automate preferred but similar tools acceptable (Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, Ninja)
