The Microsoft Tier I Tech will help provide support to a rapidly growing client base. The team consists of over 50 engineers. An ideal Microsoft Tier I Tech candidate for this organization will be someone who is self-motivated and has a thirst to learn and advance their IT skills through on the job training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to examine network and system problems and provide efficient troubleshooting and resolution. Prior experience working with Windows Server, VMware, Cisco or SonicWall is strongly preferred.
Microsoft Tier I Tech Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience performing desktop support and server administration
- MUST have a desire to learn and advance through on the job training, certifications and mentorship!
- Exposure to Virtualized environments, Cloud computing environments (Azure, AWS), Windows Server 2012 R2, Office 365 and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of TCP / IP protocols, DHCP, and DNS technologies
