We are currently seeking an IT Network Administrator Team Lead.

The IT Network Administrator Team Lead will be joining a 20+ employee Managed Service Provider and will work under the Service Delivery Manager and the CEO.

The IT Network Admin Team Lead will lead a small team of 4-8 desktop and system administrators, exclusively servicing emerging mid market companies to provide Private Cloud on-boarding, System Engineering and Network Administration.  This position is full-time, with great benefits including health, dental, vision, paid over time and flexible schedule for qualified applicants.  10%-20% local travel may be required.

IT Network Administrator Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Administration experience of Windows Server 2012 and/or Server 2012 R2
  • A sharp understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory/ Group Policy
  • Administration and migration experience with Office 365 and Azure
  • SonicWALL, Cisco and Juniper network configurations
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2013 and/or 2016
  • Administration and migration experience with Office 365 and Azure
  • Must know general networking protocols
  • Understanding of Dell hardware configuration and its server lines
  • Experience with OS deployment and image management
