What You’ll Do:
- Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects, including transitioning applications and services to Azure.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, including Intune (Endpoint Manager), Defender ATP, Cloud App Security, and Sentinel.
- Develop automated processes and cloud monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with multi-tenant environments, Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing, and hybrid setups.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft cloud advancements, ensuring best-in-class solutions for clients.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in cloud migrations—not just troubleshooting, but actual implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with O365 migrations, multi-tenant consolidations, BitDefender, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure IaaS, and Intune (MDM).
- Strong background in Windows Server 2012+, Windows 7/8/10, networking (firewalls, routers, VPNs, LAN/WAN protocols).
- Experience with Azure policies, IaaS, PaaS, and automation tools.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience with Microsoft security tools.
- Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, PCI, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent experience in business/technology).
