IT Project Engineer (Managed Services)
As a Managed Services Provider, we support many businesses ranging from 50 to 500 end users with all of their IT needs. We encourage our team to explore different types of technologies and gain hands on knowledge working with team members with more experience. Our goal is to help you grow while we continue to grow our MSP!
Our current opening is for a IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) who has previously worked for a MSP. This is a primarily WFH role that only requires you to come into our Chicago office every 4 to 6 weeks. As a IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) you will focus on Networking projects primarily using Fortinet and Meraki with your secondary projects focused on Windows Server, M365, and Azure.
IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network and system infrastructures for clients.
- Manage and troubleshoot network configurations, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Lead M365 email migrations
- Advanced experience with troubleshooting, management, and deployment of Fortinet and Cisco Meraki
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server, virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V), and Azure.
- Azure Entra ID, Intune, VM, and Virtual Networking experience
