IT Project Engineer (Managed Services):
We are a growing Managed Service Provider, first rounded in 2004, and catering heavily to the Legal, Healthcare, and Financial industries. Headquartered in Tampa, we are rapidly growing our cores service offerings of proactive Cloud Services/Security, Managed Services and Hybrid Cloud Solutions across North America.
Our current opening is for an IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) with previous MSP experience. This is a hybrid work position so you will be required to come to the office 2 days a week. In this position, you will work with a team to review and provide implementation of our clients infrastructure and transition to hybrid cloud technology that includes setup, deployment, and maintenance. We are a Microsoft shop and are looking for an IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) with advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) Knowledge and Responsibilities:
- Offer expert support for Windows Server, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and system deployment.
- Skilled in using Co-pilot, SentinelOne, Intune, M365, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, versions 2012R2 through 2022.
- Advanced knowledge of M365 and Azure.
- Design, implement, and support IT solutions.
- Intermediate to advanced scripting skills with PowerShell.
- Intermediate to advanced networking experience (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Previous experience with ConnectWise and N-Able highly preferred.
