Position Overview: We are seeking a System Administrator L2 to join our projects team. In this role, you will solve complex problems using SMB and Enterprise technologies while delivering exceptional client solutions.
IT Project Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in projects involving servers, networks, cloud environments, and workstations.
- Collaborate with Project Design resources and other engineers to validate project scopes.
- Mentor junior technical staff and provide support as needed.
- Maintain adherence to defined metrics, including daily time entry and status reporting.
- Create and update technical documentation during and after projects.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions post-project to ensure seamless implementation and support.
- Perform additional duties based on seniority and expertise.
Projects Include:
- Implementing secure subtenant networks.
- Deploying VOIP phone systems (e.g., RingCentral).
- Refreshing and consolidating servers.
- Migrating servers to cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Transitioning Active Directory/Google Workspace to Hosted Azure Entra ID.
- Implementing UPS systems and conference room solutions.
