IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Day to Day:
- Source talent: we have a steady flow of candidates applying to our job postings but also have access to MANY sourcing tools (I.E Zip Recruiter, Indeed Job Boards, Linked In, etc.)
- Recruiters work hand in hand with the Account Managers to make the best employment match based on company & candidate profile
- Recruiters conduct initial phone call screens of candidates and video interviews. NO in person interviews as D.C is only one of the 5 markets we staff
- Recruiters present candidate profiles to the the Account Managers to pass the baton and focus on recruiting more talent
- Recruiters do not have to complete client management or sales/ cold calling as we are divided into 3 teams (Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management)
IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Must be fully vaccinated (Covid-19)
- Motivation, ambition, and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) Base salary typically around $60-65k
