IT Recruiter “Staff the Cloud” Overview:
We are seeking IT Recruiters and Account Managers to join our team in Arlington, VA. The IT Recruiter will be responsible sourcing IT Talent across 5 major cities to place them in full time/ direct hire roles. The IT Recruiter will manage candidate relationships and work hand in hand with the Account Management team to match candidates to active positions. The ideal IT Recruiter will have 1+ years of staffing industry experience and strong interested in advancing their technical recruiting knowledge.
IT Recruiter “Staff the Cloud” Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm
- 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management/ recruiting
- Motivation and drive to succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
IT Recruiter “Staff the Cloud” Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K. Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K. (Base salary around $60k)
- We are in the process of building out a new office space (in Arlington) that is four times the size of our current office.
