IT Senior Projects Engineer – (MSP) Experience:
- 3+ years deploying enterprise IT projects
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
- Perform technical lead role and respond to RFP/RFI documents
- Be able to write technical specifications and make appropriate product and service recommendations to clients
- Provide support within established SLAs to internal stakeholders
- Understanding of cyber security measures (MFA, cloud app security, data loss prevention, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD)
- Office 365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
- Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN Routing, High Availability, networking concepts, and protocols.
- Knowledge of Exchange Email flow, Email Security, DKIM, SPF, MX, and other DNS records required.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Azure to On-Prem VPNs, and hybrid AD connect required.
- Experience managing Microsoft stack such as Microsoft Exchange/365, Azure/Hyper-V, Server 2012 R2, and Server 2016 R2 require
- Citrix applications, server infrastructure
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
- Operating System installation and configuration
- Implement a data network with routers, firewalls, and switches
- Diagnose network performance/connectivity issues
- Cloud and virtualization using Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and QoS as well as a basic understanding of Metro Ethernet, FiOS, Cable Modems, and T1
- Experience with ticketing systems and RMM
- Experience with Cisco/Meraki/SonicWall
