IT Senior Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP) Overview:

We are looking to further develop our team by bringing on an IT Senior Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP). As a IT Senior Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP) you will play a key role within our company, taking level 3 escalations and assisting Senior Engineers on infrastructure modernization projects such as Azure migrations. The key tech stack you’ll be using as an IT Senior Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP) is Windows Server (up to version 2022), VMware (RDS, Horizon, ESXi), M365, Cisco Meraki, QuickBooks, CCH Access, and Azure (Entra ID, Intune, etc).

IT Senior Support Engineer Level 3 (MSP) Qualifications:
- Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), including advanced Excel formula usage and the use of pivot tables.
- Windows Server administration and configuration (up to version 2022)
- Experience with Virtual Servers, RDS, and Horizon
- Strong background in QuickBooks and CCH Access
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors like Thompson Reuters and/or Wolters Kluwer highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory GPO support and domain administration.
- Intermediate level networking understanding, subsets, VLANs, routes.
- Administration of Hybrid Azure environments
- IT certifications a major plus
