IT Senior System Administrator (MSP)

Due to steady growth, we are hiring a IT Senior System Administrator (MSP) to be one of our most technical resources with a “buck-stops-here” attitude. As an IT Senior System Administrator (MSP), your focus will be on modernizing client infrastructures autonomously and on a team. IT Senior System Administrator (MSP) responsibilities include leading network engineering by gathering client requirements, architecting solutions, & implementing solutions for various Microsoft based networks.

The IT Senior System Administrator (MSP) must have previous Managed Services experience and will be able to work from home 3 days per week.

IT Senior System Administrator (MSP) Technical Experience:

  • Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows, Linux, and Mac
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
  • Cyber Security Defense and Unified Threat Management (UTM)
  • Security Monitoring, including SOC and SIEM
  • Maintenance of IT Systems
  • Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Operating System installation and configuration
  • Cloud and virtualization using VMWare and other technologies
  • Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
  • Centrally Managed WiFi – Mesh, PtP and PtMP Solutions
  • M365 administration and migrations
  • Server Technologies such as Exchange, SQL, IIS, Apache, SharePoint, etc.
  • VoIP Phone System install, configuration, repair, and support
  • Web Hosting configuration, repair, and support
  • ITaaS and HaaS Support
