We are seeing a IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher (ConnectWise) to join our team due to rapid growth.

The IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery to various clients. This IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher will serve as the front line of the company taking incoming service tickets, escalating issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and more.

IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
  • Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal (ConnectWise).
  • Plan, manage and schedule projects such as server migrations, office build outs, etc
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
  • Provide customer service support to 50+ SMB clients

IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher (ConnectWise) Requirements: 

  • Must have experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider as a coordinator or dispatcher
  • Must have experience using ConnectWise
  • Must have strong customer service knowledge
  • Must be organized and have experience managing a high ticket volume

IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher (ConnectWise) Compensation:

  • $60,000 – $70,000
