We are seeing a IT Service Coordinator (MSP)to join our team due to rapid growth.

The IT Service Coordinator (MSP) will be responsible for ensuring the organization provides a high level of customer satisfaction. The IT Service Coordinator (MSP) will be responsible for administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and serving as a point of contact for our customers to ensure satisfaction.

The IT Service Coordinator (MSP) will have growth opportunities to grow into an Operations Manager within the organization.

IT Service Coordinator (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients providing updates on client services, escalated tickets, and project updates
  • Scheduling: Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal (ConnectWise), schedule regular client meetings, schedule documentation trainings with internal teams
  • Documentation: create standardized templates and ensure technical team is utilizing the correct processes and procedures
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
  • Provide customer service support to 50+ SMB clients

IT Service Coordinator (MSP) Requirements: 

  • Must have experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider as a coordinator
  • Must have experience using ConnectWise
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Must have administrative skills and experience
  • Must have strong documentation skills and experience
  • Must be organized

IT Service Coordinator (MSP) Compensation:

  • $55,000 – $65,000
