A rapidly growing niche IT Managed Services Provider is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead its managed services team and scale service delivery operations across a growing client base. The company specializes in workforce optimization technology for the supply chain industry, serving approximately 350 external clients and managing a technical team of 9–10 technicians.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of 9–10 technicians delivering IT support to external clients

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for scaling the Managed Services department

  • Implement and enforce KPIs, processes, and service standards to drive operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service delivery models, tools, and infrastructure

  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring proactive engagement and issue resolution

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and execute solutions that align with long-term growth

  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external customers

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in an MSP or IT services environment

  • Proven ability to build or scale managed services teams and operations

  • Strong understanding of service desk operations, KPI creation, and continuous improvement

  • Comfortable managing both technical teams and high-value client relationships

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and leadership

  • Industry experience in manufacturing/supply chain is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with supply chain IT tools like barcode scanners, Zebra/Honeywell hardware is helpful, but not required
